At One Ultra Fencing, we stand behind the technical integrity of our equipment. Whether you are a Programme Partner covered by UltraCare Standard or a guest customer with UltraCare Lite, our goal is to get you back on the strip as quickly as possible. Please use this portal to submit claims for manufacturing defects.
What Qualifies (Manufacturing Defects):
Blades: Clean snaps or steel delamination within the first 14/30 days of use.
Masks: Failure of rivets, welding defects in the cage, or structural frame issues.
Whites (Clothing): Premature stitching failure or zipper malfunctions.
Electronics: Internal wiring failures or soldering defects.
What is NOT Covered (Usage & Wear):
Blades: "S-bends" or kinks caused by distance errors; rust due to moisture.
Whites: Holes or pilling caused by friction, velcro, or floor-dragging.
Impact Damage: Dented mask cages or cracked plastic plugs (stepped on/dropped).
Hygiene: Stains, odors, or yellowing due to sweat and lack of washing.
Submission Instructions:
Please follow these 3 steps to log your claim in our system:
Prepare Your Details: Have your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) and the date of purchase ready.
Take Photos: Capture one clear photo of the entire item and one close-up photo of the specific break or defect.
Send Email: Email our technical team at sales@oneultrafencing.com
Include your Full Name and Contact number
What happens after I submit?:
Technical Review: Our team will review your photos and description within 3 business days.
Preliminary Approval: You will receive a 'Preliminary Approval' or a request for more information by email.
Physical Assessment: Preliminary Approved claims require a physical assessment at our store (By Appointment Only).
Note: One Ultra Fencing reserves the right to deny claims that show evidence of equipment abuse, improper maintenance, or third-party modifications
